The National Framers Council (NFC) develops and implements best practices to help ensure framers leave the jobsite each day in the same health as they arrived.
“Work safely. Go home safely.”
While safety has always been at the core of the National Framers Council (NFC)'s mission, no one anticipated the events of 2020 would require us to push our focus on safety beyond the traditional jobsite challenges framers face every day. No one could have anticipated COVID-19 or its effects. Yet we have to be thankful our industry was deemed essential, which mitigated some of the extreme repercussions due to state government decisions.
As the NFC’s Steering Committee realized the magnitude of the situation, they made the decision to invest in providing the COVID-19 information and resources our members needed to navigate worker safety in rapidly evolving circumstances.
In light of these unbudgeted costs and the unexpected loss of revenue from event cancellations, NFC’s Steering Committee has initiated a National Framers Council 2020 Appeal. The goal of this appeal is to raise $60,000 between now and October 31 to recoup lost revenue and bridge this year’s budget shortfall.
We ask that you please consider supporting this appeal in whatever way you are able, so we can move forward with our goals for the remainder of 2020 and into the future. Here are some ways to participate in the 2020 Appeal and help keep NFC moving in a positive direction:
Thank you in advance for your consideration, past and future generosity, and ongoing support of NFC. We hope this finds you and your employees moving confidently forward. The NFC Steering Committee’s goal is to continue to resolutely support each NFC member and celebrate each incremental and positive success the framing industry experiences!
Thank you to all of the NFC 2020 Appeal donors!
